About Colt Cobra (Post 2017)

The first Colt Cobra model was introduced in 1950. It is a double-action, aluminum-framed revolver, built on D frame. It was chambered for . 38 Special, . 32 Colt New Police, and . 22 LR.The “Cobra” was available in two gun variants. The first model was in production between 1950-1971, with 2” barrel length and weighted 15.9 oz. The second, improved model was developed in 1972 and was notable by its shrouded ejector rod, with weights 15.9 oz.
